释义	法律分析: 对于人民法院受理破产申请前6个月内仍对个别债权人进行清偿，是指债务人清偿的是已经到期的债务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第三十五条人民法院受理破产案件前六个月至破产宣告之日的期间内，破产企业的下列行为无效：一、隐匿、私分或者无偿转让财产、非正常压价出售财产、对原来没有财产担保的债务提供财产担保、对未到期的债务提前清偿；五、放弃自己的债权。破产企业有前款所列行为的，清算组有权向人民法院申请追回财产。追回的财产，并入破产财产。
