释义	《著作权法》规定，未完成的著作完成部分具有著作权，受到著作权法的保护。作者完成创作后，即取得著作权，并且能够对抗第三人的侵权活动。但是如何确认作品已创作完成有时比较困难，一般情况下，作品创作完成，就是指作者将要表达的思想感情和观点表达出来，为人们所知，并且构成了著作权法意义上的作品。这种已经完成的作品，可以是作者预定创作计划的全部，也可是一部分。只要作者的某一构思已经以某种形式完整地表达出来，即使是他全部构思的一个组成部分，也应视为作品在一定阶段的创作完成，自动取得创作权。
