释义	法律分析: 不能。新农合和职工医保有冲突，国家规定不得重复参加。但如果是在农村，会出现同时都交了的情况，不过不管怎样都是不能同时报销。新型农村合作医疗与职工医疗保险的险种相同，社会保险要求不得重复参加和享受待遇，如果说你两个险种都参加，发生的医疗费用也只能在一处享受待遇。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二条国家建立基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、工伤保险、失业保险、生育保险等社会保险制度，保障公民在年老、疾病、工伤、失业、生育等情况下依法从国家和社会获得物质帮助的权利。
