释义	值班是指用人单位因安全、消防、假日等需要，临时安排或根据制度安排与劳动者本职无关联的工作；或虽与劳动者本职工作有关联，但值班期间可以休息的工作，一般为非生产性的责任，如看门、接听电话等。加班则指劳动者在平时正常工作时间外，继续从事自己的本职工作。认定加班还是值班，主要看劳动者是否继续在原来的岗位上工作，或是否有具体的生产或经营任务。《劳动合同法》第三十一条加班，用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
