释义	法律分析：影响不大，工商层面的话，就是不能进行变更。但是对股东公司的正常经营没有太大影响，但是现在连带责任越来越严格，严重的会影响到法人股东里面的人员征信。要看你能不能解冻。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第四百八十七条人民法院冻结被执行人的银行存款的期限不得超过一年，查封、扣押动产的期限不得超过两年，查封不动产、冻结其他财产权的期限不得超过三年。
