释义	法律分析：不可以。在夫妻婚姻存续期间，一方有外遇属于违反道德规范的行为。这种行为虽然有悖于情理，但是不作为双方离婚时财产分割的主要依据。也就是说，当事人以对方出轨为由提出重新分割财产，不会获得法律的支持。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿： (一)重婚; (二)与他人同居; (三)实施家庭暴力; (四)虐待、遗弃家庭成员; (五)有其他重大过错。
