释义	法律分析: 保管合同中只有无偿保管合同是属于单务合同，而有偿保管则不属于单务合同。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百八十九条寄存人应当按照约定向保管人支付保管费。当事人没有约定保管费或者约定不明确，依照《民法典》第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，保管合同是无偿合同(《民法典》第八百八十九条)。在有偿的保管合同中，保管合同是双务合同。
