释义	可以，虽然股东作为公司背后的资金来源，但是股东不能代表公司，只有法人才能代表公司。而挂失上述印章必须要法人或者其授权才能办理。法律依据：《印章治安管理办法》第十一条需要更换印章的，须公告声明原印章作废后按照本办法第七条、第八条规定重新办理备案或准刻手续。印章遗失、被抢、被盗的，应当向备案或批准刻制的公安机关报告，并采取公告形式声明作废后，按照前款规定重新办理备案或准刻手续。
