释义	公司股东出现不如实出资、出资后抽逃出资、股东全部转让股权等情形时，公司可以召开股东会解除股东的身份，从公司股东名册中删除股东名字，并且进行登记。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十三条依照本法第七十一条、第七十二条转让股权后，公司应当注销原股东的出资证明书，向新股东签发出资证明书，并相应修改公司章程和股东名册中有关股东及其出资额的记载。对公司章程的该项修改不需再由股东会表决。
