释义	法律分析: 不能扣除,除非劳动者即辞即走给用人单位造成了直接经济损失,但是损失应当由用人单位举证。如果与用人单位协商一致,解除劳动合同,更不能克扣工资。如果用人单位拖欠工资报酬,可以向劳动行政部门投诉,在劳动行政部门责令支付后,仍不支付的,用人单位还需要向劳动者加付赔偿金。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
