释义	法律分析：订立合同的前提是双方意思表示一致，并且自愿平等。因为人类认识的局限性，合同履行过程中会出现一些始料不及的情况，甚至原来以为一致的点也会发现是误解。对合同的一般误解通过合同解释来解决，不影响合同效力。如果发现有重大误解，则合同是可以撤销的。虽然法律未规定此类合同可以变更，但理论上来讲，双方协商完善合同是允许的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
