退股是否还需要承担企业债务/

退股后只需要承担退股前的公司债务。但需注意，退股需要签订退股协议，没有退股协议书，股东不能退出公司，或者会被视为没有退出公司，退股之后公司发生的新债务，债权人仍有权向退股人主张。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国公司法》第三条 公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任；股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。
