释义	法律分析：要约发生后因某种原因要约人可以撤回要约，撤回要约的表示必须在要约发生法律效力以前作出。要约得以撤回的原因是，要约尚未发生法律效力，所以不会对受要约人产生任何影响，不会对交易秩序产生任何影响。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十五条要约可以撤回。要约可以撤销，但是有下列情形之一的除外：(一)要约人以确定承诺期限或者其他形式明示要约不可撤销二)受要约人有理由认为要约是不可撤销的，并已经为履行合同做了合理准备工作。
