释义	法律分析: 失踪多久都不可能自动解除婚姻关系，只能起诉离婚，公告送达以及缺席判决。根据相关法律规定，宣告死亡的人的婚姻关系自被宣告之日起消除，另一方可以再婚。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第五十一条【宣告死亡、撤销死亡宣告对婚姻关系的影响】被宣告死亡的人的婚姻关系，自死亡宣告之日起消除。死亡宣告被撤销的，婚姻关系自撤销死亡宣告之日起自行恢复。但是，其配偶再婚或者向婚姻登记机关书面声明不愿意恢复的除外。
