释义	当事人、法定代理人可以委托一至二人作为诉讼代理人。下列人员可以被委托为诉讼代理人：（一）律师、基层法律服务工作者；（二）当事人的近亲属或者工作人员；（三）当事人所在社区、单位以及有关社会团体推荐的公民。你的诉讼属于经济纠纷，不涉及身份关系，你可以自己不出庭，委托他人代为出庭应诉。但不能直接不理会法院传票，否则你的诉讼权利可能得不到充分保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百零九条拒不到庭和拘传，人民法院对必须到庭的被告，经两次传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，可以拘传。
