释义	法律分析：父母遗弃子女是触犯了我们国家的法律的，在法律当中是属于遗弃罪方面的罪行，并且如果子女因父母的遗弃收到了伤害或者死亡，那么还可以依法追究父母的故意伤害罪或者故意杀人罪。父母遗弃自己的子女不光光受到法律上面的处罚，同时也是违反道德的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百六十一条对于年老、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活能力的人，负有扶养义务而拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
