释义	法律分析：听证完后三个月左右才能有结果。被处罚人要求举行听证的，应该在行政机关告知三天内提出。听证是行政机关在作出影响行政相对人合法权益的决定前，由行政机关告知决定理由和听证权利，行政相对人有表达意见、提供相应证据以及行政机关听取意见、接纳证据的程序所构成的一种法律制度。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第四十四条　行政机关在作出行政处罚决定之前，应当告知当事人拟作出的行政处罚内容及事实、理由、依据，并告知当事人依法享有的陈述、申辩、要求听证等权利。
