释义	法律分析：民间借贷要求担保人担保的，对担保有年龄有限制，担保人需要具有完全民事行为能力，而年龄人是完全民事行为能力人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第十八条成年人为完全民事行为能力人，可以独立实施民事法律行为。十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。第六百八十三条机关法人不得为保证人，但是经国务院批准为使用外国政府或者国际经济组织贷款进行转贷的除外。以公益为目的的非营利法人、非法人组织不得为保证人。
