释义	法院多元调解不是立案。案件只有进入立案状态之后才能确定一般要进行庭审还是先行调解。先行调解和多元调解并不是一个概念。多元调解是非诉讼纠纷解决机制之一，一般在法院在给当事人开具立案通知书之前发放多元调解书，接受调解的，由法院的调解员进行调解，调解成功的，不再走诉讼手段。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零三条 人民法院审理附带民事诉讼案件，可以进行调解，或者根据物质损失情况作出判决、裁定。
