释义	在没有成立业主委员会的情况下，物业服务合同到期后，业主可以协商，是否续签服务合同，如果续签的，共同作出决定。业主可以依法成立业主委员会的，而业主委员会可以与物业公司签订物业合同，物业公司要依照物业合同的约定，提供物业服务，保护业主的人身和财产安全。物业服务期限届满前，物业服务人不同意续聘的，应当在合同期限届满前九十日书面通知业主或者业主委员会，但是合同对通知期限另有约定的除外。该内容由严达兴律师和法律部落共创回答
