释义	法律分析：公司注销之后不能恢复。公司按照正常流程注销之后，从法律意义上来讲，不存在了，是不能恢复的。如果想要恢复公司，可以按照公司注销前的经营范围、经营地址等重新申请注册新的公司。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第四十四条经公司登记机关注销登记，公司终止。《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十八条公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
