释义	合同盖章不签字是否有效，要根据实际情况来决定。当事人以合同形式订立合同的，自双方签字或者盖章之日起合同成立。如果合同是以公司名义签订的，拟签订的合同中并没有特别约定，只要加盖公章即使不签字也是有效的，如果是以个人名义签订的，必须由本人签字，这种情况下盖章为无法证明其法律效益的。
