释义	法律分析: 在试用期内，劳动者没有提前3天提出离职，劳动者不办离职就直接走人，这个时候就是劳动者违法，给用人单位造成的直接经济损失、招聘该劳动者产生的费用，用人单位可以要求承担。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
