释义	法律分析: 公司一方变更的合同无效。变更合同由合同双方当事人协商一致变更，当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。合同变更是指当事人对已经发生法律效力，但尚未履行或者尚未完全履行的合同，进行修改或补充所达成的协议。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
