释义	法律分析：不是。一般是判决当日就会被收监。法院判实刑的当日开始执行刑期，被判处有期徒刑、无期徒刑的犯罪分子，在监狱或者其他执行场所执行。执行有期徒刑判决以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。原来被羁押的，开庭后会及时收监；原来取保候审的，判决生效以后，法院出具执行书，会被及时收监羁押。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十六条有期徒刑与无期徒刑的执行被判处有期徒刑、无期徒刑的犯罪分子，在监狱或者其他执行场所执行；凡有劳动能力的，都应当参加劳动，接受教育和改造。
