企业年金中人补偿标准是什么
释义
一个是指年金计划制定后退休的员工，即在制定该计划时所有在职员工都是中产阶级； 另一种是建立年金计划，并在一定时期内（例如五个）在年内退休的员工，即即将退休的员工。
法律依据:
《广东省企业年金实施意见》 第三十四条 企业为补充养老保险缴纳的缴费总额中，工资总额的4％以内的部分应计入费用（费用）。 公司捐款总额中超过规定比例的部分，不由企业负担； 养老保险前已退休的养老金或已按照国家规定退休但未纳入补充养老保险计划的养老金，企业根据国家有关规定支付的养老金费用，计入管理费用 。
