问题	残疾人的婚姻是否受法律保护
释义	残疾人的婚姻受法律保护。在我国法律规定中，没有在残疾人和非残疾人之间进行区别对待的条款。但是，如果在个人在婚姻方面有问题要解决，残疾人可以持残疾证到当地的残联维权中心要求法律救助，维权中心会联系司法部门的法律救助站给予帮助。法律依据《民法典》第一千零四十九条，要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
