释义	法律分析：1、遗嘱人必须要有完全民事行为能力。 2、遗嘱人所立的遗嘱必须是其真实意思表示。 3、遗嘱人对遗嘱所处分的财产必须是有处分权的。 4、遗嘱的内容必须合法。 5、遗嘱的形式必须合法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十三条然人可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人中的一人或者数人继承。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠与国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的组织、个人。自然人可以依法设立遗嘱信托。
