释义	根据我国《民法通则》第三十六条规定：“法人是具有民事权利能力和民事行为能力，依法独立享有民事权利和承担民事义务的组织。法人的民事权利能力和民事行为能力，从法人成立时产生，到法人终止时消灭。”根据民法通则第三十七条规定：“法人应当具备下列条件：1、依法成立；2、有必要的财产或者经费；3、有自己的名称、组织机构和场所；4、能够独立承担民事责任。”根据《民法通则》的规定，我国的法人主要有四种：机关法人、事业法人、企业法人和社团法人。
