释义	法律分析: 劳动合同不需要去劳动局备案，只要用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。现行法律并未规定劳动合同需要去劳动局备案，备案不是合同生效的必经程序，所以，普通的劳动合同一般劳动局没有备案。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
