释义	合同有效期届满自然终止，但是不是所有的条款内容都自然终止。在满足合同约定的有效期的前提下，合同本应失效，但实际上仍然有发挥其效力的需要存在，如合同中结算、清理条款的效力、诸如保密条款等后续义务的效力、以及事后当事人根据合同内容提起诉讼或申请仲裁的效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
