释义	法律分析：法院受理费一般不可以退。法院的案件受理费一旦交纳了，就不能轻易退了。如果当事人自行撤诉，可以退一半的诉讼费。如果是对方败诉，则依法可以全部退还。双方都有责任的，按责任大小承担诉讼费用。受理费是指人民法院决定受理民事案件、经济纠纷案件、海事案件和行政案件时，依法由原告预交的费用。案件审结后，这笔费用应当由败诉方的当事人负担或者由人民法院决定负担。法律依据：《人民法院诉讼费收费办法》第二十三条撤诉的案件，案件受理费由原告负担，减半收取。其他诉讼费用按实际支出收取。
