奸尸具体是指什么罪？

法律分析：
国家刑法认定奸尸，属于侮辱尸体行为，应当判处三年以下有期徒刑。侮辱尸体罪，是指以暴露、猥亵、毁损、涂划、践踏等方式损害尸体的尊严或者伤害有关人员感情的行为。本罪侵犯的直接客体是社会风尚。主要是指已满十六周岁且具有刑事责任能力的自然人。主观上为故意，即明知道是他人的尸体而故意进行侵害。可能性行为人的动机是多种多样的，但不影响本罪的成立。

《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三百零二条 盗窃、侮辱、故意毁坏尸体、尸骨、骨灰的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
