释义	法律分析: 银行贷款十五年没有偿还，现在银行向法院起诉，法院一定会立案受理的。因为十五年没有起诉，不一定超过诉讼时效。根据最高法院关于民事诉讼案件诉讼时效的司法解释的规定，法院不得在立案时主动审查案件是否超过诉讼时效，不得以案件超过诉讼时效为由不给立案。所以，只要银行起诉，无论多长时间，法院都会立案受理的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十六条借款人未按照约定的期限返还借款的，应当按照约定或者国家有关规定支付逾期利息。
