释义	社保的缴费基数，是指企业或者职工个人用于计算缴纳社会保险费的薪资基数，用此基数乘以规定的费率，就是企业或者个人应该缴纳的社会保险费的金额。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第十二条用人单位应当按照国家规定的本单位职工薪资总额的比例缴纳基本养老保险费，记入基本养老保险统筹基金。职工应当按照国家规定的本人薪资的比例缴纳基本养老保险费，记入个人账户。第二十三条职工应当参加职工基本医疗保险，由用人单位和职工按照国家规定共同缴纳基本医疗保险费。
