释义	法律分析：针灸目前并没有纳入全国医保报销名录，不过，个别省份、地区有计划或正在实施将针灸纳入医保。部分省份针灸理疗能医保报销，针灸治疗是属于医保的，而且报销的比例相对比较大。可以很大程度上来节省治疗费用。推拿服帖等中医特色诊疗项目，也是在报销范围之内的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
