释义	法律分析：根据法律规定，对于高利贷而言只要其利息不得超过银行同类贷款利率的四倍(包含利率本数)就会受到法律的保护。超出此限度的，超出部分的利息不予保护。但注意，超出部分只是不会受到法律保护而已，如果借贷人愿意还高额利息，并不违法，所以说放高利贷，并不是一种违法行为，一旦发生纠纷，只不过没有法律保障而已。法律依据：根据《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第26条规定，借贷双方约定的利率未超过年利率24%，出借人请求借款人按照约定的利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持。
