异地关押 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
异地羁押没有法律规定，只要羁押场所是法定的就可以，一般黑社会或者职务犯罪有异地羁押。犯罪地在外地或主犯在外地的可以异地羁押。只要是犯罪地和居住地都可以，当地法院都有管辖权，拘押地一般同法院地。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第二十五条 刑事案件由犯罪地的人民法院管辖。如果由被告人居住地的人民法院审判更为适宜的，可以由被告人居住地的人民法院管辖。
