释义	可以。因为出资没有实际到位、或者到位后抽逃出资的股东也具有股东资格。股东转让其股权是股东权内容之一，凡具有股东资格的股东都可行使该项权利。但股东出资不到位、或者到位后抽逃的，股权是存在瑕疵的。瑕疵股东转让股权，并不意味着从此与公司债务隔断联系。因为，股东出资不足对公司负有补足出资的债务，这个债务始于公司成立，终于公司破产、消亡，不能随意予以免除。因此，原股东在公司股权转让之前、之后的债务应当在出资不足的范围内承担补充性的赔偿责任。法律依据《公司法》第七十一条
