释义	法律分析：《民法典》施行后，债权人免除债务人部分或者全部债务的，债务人在合理期限内拒绝的，原债务不免除。其中的但书条款系新增条款，在《合同法》中，只要债权人免除债务人的债务，债务即可全部或者部分消灭，而新颁布的《民法典》为周延保护当事人意思自治的基本权益，允许债务人拒绝债权人免除债务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十五条债权人免除债务人部分或者全部债务的，债权债务部分或者全部终止，但是债务人在合理期限内拒绝的除外。
