释义	法律分析：是指出版单位通过和作者订立合同，在预定的期限或地域内，获得出版作者作品的一种专有权利;也指图书的出版者依据图书出版合同享有的在一定期限内独占出版他人作品的权利，属于著作权许可使用的方式之一。专有出版权受法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第三十三条图书出版者对著作权人交付出版的作品，按照合同约定享有的专有出版权受法律保护，他人不得出版该作品。
