全日制劳动合同是什么意思
释义
根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》及相关法律法规的规定，国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十小时的工时制度。即每日工作时间不超过8小时，是指法定正常付出劳动时间，也就是义务劳动时间，超过这一时间的工作即视为额外劳动，用工单位需支付加班工资。累计工时每周超过24小时就应该属于全日制用工。所以，属于全日制用工签订的合同，那么便是全日制合同。
