释义	法律分析: 债权人和债务人在债务履行期届满前约定以物抵债的，由于债权尚未到期，一般否认该这种情形下以物抵债约定的效力。以物抵债，系债务清偿的方式之一，是当事人之间对于如何清偿债务作出的安排，故对以物抵债协议的效力、履行等问题的认定，应以尊重当事人的意思自治为基本原则。因此，当事人于债务清偿期届满后达成的以物抵债。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零一条抵押权人在债务履行期限届满前，与抵押人约定债务人不履行到期债务时抵押财产归债权人所有的，只能依法就抵押财产优先受偿。
