释义	《湖南省行政程序规定》已经2008年4月9日省人民政府第4次常务会议通过，现予公布，自2008年10月1日起施行。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《湖南省行政程序规定》第一条为了规范行政行为，促进行政机关合法、公正、高效行使行政职权，保障公民、法人或者其他组织的合法权益，推进依法行政，建设法治政府，根据宪法和有关法律法规，结合本省实际，制定本规定。第二条本省行政机关，法律、法规授权的组织和依法受委托的组织行使行政职权，应当遵守本规定。法律、法规对行政程序另有规定的，从其规定。
