城市道路施工时间规定 |

道路施工时间段是早上6点到晚上22点，晚上22点到次日6点。
建筑施工过程中，场界环境噪声昼间不得大于70分贝。夜间不得大于55分贝。超过此标准可以向当地环境保护部门投诉。国家规定白天施工6点到22点属于正常施工。
一、城市五类区域的环境噪声最高限值：
1、疗养区、高级别墅区、高级宾馆区，昼间50dB（分贝）、夜间（指22时至次日6时，下同）40dB；
2、以居住、文教机关为主的区域，昼间55dB、夜间45dB；
3、居住、商业、工业混杂区，昼间60dB、夜间50dB；
4、工业区，昼间65dB、夜间55dB；
5、城市中的道路交通干线道路、内河航道、铁路主次干线两侧区域，昼间70dB、夜间55dB。
施工单位应当遵守国家有关环境保护的法律规定，采取措施控制施工现场的各种粉尘、废气、废水、固体废弃物以及噪声、振动对环境的污染和危害。
二、施工单位应当采取下列防止环境污染的措施：
1、妥善处理泥浆水，未经处理不得直接排入城市排水设施和河流；
2、除设有符合规定的装置外，不得在施工现场熔融沥青或者焚烧油毡、油漆以及其他会产生有毒有害烟尘和恶臭气体的物质；
3、使用密封式的圈筒或者采取其他措施处理高空废弃物；
4、采取有效措施控制施工过程中的扬尘；
5、禁止将有毒有害废弃物用作土方回填；
6、对产生噪声、振动的施工机械，应采取有效控制措施，减轻噪声扰民。
法律依据
《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》
第三十条 在城市市区噪声敏感建筑物集中区域内，禁止夜间进行产生环境噪声污染的建筑施工作业，但抢修、抢险作业和因生产工艺上要求或者特殊需要必须连续作业的除外。
因特殊需要必须连续作业的，必须有县级以上人民政府或者其有关主管部门的证明。
前款规定的夜间作业，必须公告附近居民。第六十三条 本法中下列用语的含义是：
（一）“噪声排放”是指噪声源向周围生活环境辐射噪声；
（二）“噪声敏感建筑物”是指医院、学校、机关、科研单位、住宅等需要保持安静的建筑物；
（三）“噪声敏感建筑物集中区域”是指医疗区、文教科研区和以机关或者居民住宅为主的区域；
（四）“夜间”是指晚二十二点至晨六点之间的期间；
（五）“机动车辆”是指汽车和摩托车。
