释义	法律分析：不会收监，如果严重疾病没有痊愈，依法会保外就医，可暂予监外执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百五十四条对被判处有期徒刑或者拘役的罪犯，有下列情形之一的，可以暂予监外执行： (一)有严重疾病需要保外就医的; (二)怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女; (三)生活不能自理，适用暂予监外执行不致危害社会的。对被判处无期徒刑的罪犯，有前款第二项规定情形的，可以暂予监外执行。对适用保外就医可能有社会危险性的罪犯，或者自伤自残的罪犯，不得保外就医。
