释义	法律分析：租赁住房拆迁安置方式如下：拆迁人应当与被拆迁人、房屋承租人订立拆迁补偿安置协议，拆迁补偿的方式可以实行货币补偿，也可以实行房屋产权调换，拆迁租赁房屋，被拆迁人与房屋承租人解除租赁关系的，或者被拆迁人对房屋承租人进行安置的，拆迁人对被拆迁人给予补偿。法律依据：《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第二十二条因征收房屋造成搬迁的，房屋征收部门应当向被征收人支付搬迁费；选择房屋产权调换的，产权调换房屋交付前，房屋征收部门应当向被征收人支付临时安置费或者提供周转用房。
