释义	法律分析：对于人民法院作出的一审民事判决不服，可在接到判决书之日起15日内，向上一级人民法院提出上诉。上诉应当提交上诉状，并按被上诉人的人数提交上诉状副本。并且缴纳上诉费。在上诉期内未按规定提交上诉状或未经法院批准而拒不缴纳上诉费的，按放弃上诉处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百六十四条当事人不服地方人民法院第一审判决的，有权在判决书送达之日起十五日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。
