释义	法律分析：如果对判决不服，原告必须在收到判决书之日起15天之内提起上诉，一定不能等被告公告期满后再上诉。因为被告下落不明，法院公告送达判决书，与原告收到判决书是没有任何关系的。被告可以再公告期满后的15天之内提出上诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。
