【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 借款的利息不得在本金中预先扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。银行的做法违反了法律的强制性规定，即便这种做法是得到你当初认可的，也无效，你可以主张以实际借款数额计算利息和归还本金。
